Click on the “Book Online” button on our website to tell us all about your project. Feel free to fill us in on your ideas for the space and attach pictures of your home so that we can start visualizing the final product. 

Once we receive all the information about your project, we’ll hop on the phone to talk more in depth about your project and what the rest of the process entails. 

If necessary, we’ll schedule an on-site consultation where we will walk through the jobsite together and start planning the smaller details of your remodeling project. Our on-site consultation for remodeling projects is $100 and will go towards the cost of the final project.

Once we have all the details we need, we’ll provide an estimate of the final cost of the project. Once we’re on the same page, and you’re comfortable with pricing, timeline, and design, we’ll send you over the contract to review and sign.

During this aspect of your project, we’ll finalize materials and overall design. This is the time where we will collect your initial deposit for the project and set our start date.

After you have selected your materials, we will do a pre-job walkthrough with you so you know exactly when we will begin and what you can expect during the next couple of weeks. We’ll answer any last minute questions you may have and let you give us the green light to start transforming your home.

After the walkthrough, we will begin working our magic of bringing your design to life. Soon you’ll be able to enjoy your upgraded space and start relaxing in the home you’ve been dreaming of.

We’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure we have not overlooked anything. We will walk you through your new space, show you how things operate, and talk you through what care will look like.

Our 1-week follow-up visit allows you to take your time and get accustomed to your new space. If, during this time, you find any issues that you’d like addressed, we’ll take care of them for you. We want to make sure that your space is at the elevated level you deserve.

Project completion doesn’t mean the end. We build relationships, not just projects. Reclaim your space, enjoy the improvements, and invite family and friends over to admire. Rest at ease knowing about our 3-year warranty. It’s our way of showing you that your satisfaction is our highest priority. If during this period anything that is within our control comes up, please reach out to us. If it’s included in our warranty and contract, we will come in and fix it for you free of charge.
